The AHEFCU Annual Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday May 26, 2026 at 4:30pm to report about the year of 2025 and answer questions that you, the members may have. The Annual Meeting will be held via Zoom and Overlook Medical Center, Conference Room 4.

We are looking for volunteers to be on the Board or Supervisory Committee. The Board of Directors has the ultimate responsibility of making decisions regarding authority and for directing and controlling the affairs of Atlantic Health Employees Federal Credit Union. As well, providing effective and efficient management of overall operations. The Board approves policies that direct operational management and delegates' authority accordingly.

Board/Volunteers have a fiduciary responsibility to their membership. Preferably Board Members should have a background in business or management. They must be a member of the credit union.

Some of the requisites are:

• Current or retired Atlantic Health System employee
• Ability to learn, read and interpret financial statements
• Basic understanding of laws governing the credit unions
• Knowledge of and a commitment to credit philosophy
• Familiarity with available products and services

(Training programs are available to supplement skill sets)
